At The Gamesmen our main goal is to provide our customers with the best shopping experience both online and in-store. If you encounter any issues with your purchases our friendly and professional customer care staff are ready to give you a hand.

If a product is faulty or damaged please send us an email to contact@gamesmen.com.au or contact us at (02)9580 9877 (press 2 for Online orders) for a return authorisation, then fill out the return form you can download a copy here. Where possible we’ll try and help you troubleshoot your issue first, to get your product working again as quickly as possible.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

Please note: All faulty items that are claimed 30 days outside of purchase window, are regrettably not eligible for free return freight.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns will be accepted for goods that are in brand new saleable condition; sealed, unopened, unused and in original packaging, including tamper-seals. They must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and returned within 30 days of in-store collection, or within 30 days of the delivery date for online tracked orders.

To return your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team via reply to your order confirmation or email contact@gamesmen.com.au for further information. After a response has been received, please ensure your purchase is returned to us within 14 days or a restocking fee may apply.

Please pack your return carefully to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the product is returned in its original condition.

Please note that goods that do not comply with the above will not be accepted for a change of mind return.
